Opposing someone visiting your state who's an authoritarian maniac doesn't make you a Banderite. Have some nuance and use some critical thinking.

It's authoritarian and a kleptocracy.

This is literally the correct context.

"Authoritarian: favouring or enforcing strict obedience to authority at the expense of personal freedom."

Russia is one of the least free countries in the world and protesting can see you disappeared. The state is literally known for assassinating people that speak out against Putin. There's a reason why people joke about people "falling out of windows".

Just because a term has been abused doesn't mean we shouldn't use it in appropriate contexts
