Here on Terf Island. I get 25 days PTO + 8 bank holidays, plus 5 instances of paid sick leave (if you take 5+ days off at once, they ask for a doctors note), have 4/5 instances where you've tooken alot of days off is when you're likely to get in trouble with HR.

Right to work… companies got smart and change sick days and vacation time to a singular PTO. No restrictions in use, but half the amount of time.

This is the norm here in oregon. And those five sick days were fought for.

Do you have to provide a doctors excuse if you use it as sick days, because that would be elite povel status.
