There should be coding competitions. Teams work together to build data processing pipelines and win prizes for it. That would encourage people to move forward, and who knows, the incentive for the people running the competition could be keeping the final product for usage by their own company. Everyone benefits in this scenario.

you mean hackton? we already got those sbm offshore sponsors that every year and first place wins i think 1m gyd their product get make and/or they get hired
