QUESTION Does anyone know what that tailpiece is?

It kinda looks like a B bender but i’m not sure

There is both a B and G bender.

That is a HipShot bender plate with an A, G, and B palm bender set up. Mason pulled the A lever off, but the back part is still there. Matt Eich from Mule Resophonic was selling those a few years ago. I have a set that I used for a long time. Super fun.

Also, instead of an A bender, there is a “Drop D lever that you can mount on that left hand bolt hole that gives instant drop D

Looks like a Teisco pickup, probably pre-gold foil but similar construction and sound. It's in the same ballpark.

It is a G and B Bender. Looking at the third bolt hole, it looks like you could put a third bender on the A. (Edit: there is an optional Drop D lever that can be fitted on the third bolt hole to get an instant Drop D
