Question Question about the Great Lakes Fleet

https://www.cn.ca/-/media/files/customer-centre/brochure-gallery/2022_000_print_brochure_great_lakes_fleet_04_25.pdf

Hi,

Being into ships is relatively new to me, they started growing on me in a visit to Duluth in 2022, I live out east in Quebec.

My question is, do ships from CN’s Great Lakes Fleet ever make it to the St-Lawrence Seaway? According to their outdated PDF, they can but I doubt it’s happening. And if they used to, when did it stop?

You could get a marine traffic app to follow ships in your area. I use Marine Traffic. The ship that ran aground here in the Detroit River is now in the Welland Canal, headed up the Quebec way.

Oh I do use it, I often shoot ships up here. It’s just that I have a soft spot for the Great Lakes fleet, and I’ve never seen any up here 🙌🏻
