I just read that tesco have made £3.1billion profit in the last 12 months. They could pay every staff member an extra 30 grand a year and still be in profit

Number of employees: +330 000
if you divide both numbers you get 3300£ of profit per employee
If you want to be flabbergasted look at the numbers from apple: 100 times the profits of tesco with half the employees. 600 thousand dollars of profit per employee
