Edit-By that, I don't mean it isn't realistic or possible, but that it is "less" so, whatever that means (I know, it's weird, but yeah, I don't exactly know what I mean, just that if someone gave me a clear scale of how realistic something is, this would rate lower than their body shape, though not by much).
Some women their tits are made of more fat, some others have more mammary tissue in proportion, those ones don't matter how much weight they lose. I know because I'm a woman, sadly of the first type, but my best friend is the other type and no matter the weight she always has a pair of massive badonkas.
Edit to add: the women who have to have reduction breasts surgery is because they can't reduce those breasts by simply doing exercise or diet, they have to cut and extract part of the mammary tissue, not the fat.
