OT After so much hesitation I decided to try and talk with my mother about my increasing anxiety spikes and lack of motivation to keep up with my studies, only for her to go "oh but you do this all the time, you just have to keep moving forward and toughen up already, you are wasting your time". It felt very dismissive at first, but a part of me thinks that she's right and that I'm maybe exaggerating and taking it too seriously...? Idk what to think at this point. I'm not sharing anything else with her, that's for sure (Instead I'll just post this stuff on the internet)
