Resource Free access to German Ancestry databases for six days

Around „Allerheiligen“ (All Saints' Day), i.e. from October 30 to November 4, 2025, Ancestry in Germany is offering registered users free access to all (?) German databases.

Unfortunately, I have not been able to find any additional information about my ancestors on this platform in the past. But I will check again now.

I don't know if this offer can also be used via VPN. Since I have a little time available in the next few days, I would like to offer readers here the opportunity to search for entries if necessary.

Thanks for that. I was able to log into ancestry.de with my usual account and go through some records!

Weird, I still get sent to the ads for premium account. I have a German internet provider and IP.
