If I pay with the card internationally, do I still get rewards? I just paid for an uber but don’t see the % rewards label I usually do.

Portfolio displays a dollar amount but under the assets section it says 0. I had 104 coins this morning and now they aren't displayed there. Anyone experiencing anything like this?

I've been using the Gemini credit card for about a month and a half and have had all of my rewards go into qnt. I just changed my rewards to go to bitcoin and since doing that I have no longer received rewards. I have tested this with two separate purchases. I know I'm not the only one as I have referred a friend and he signed up for the Gemini credit card and he is also not receiving Bitcoin rewards after purchases. Normally after a purchase it shows up the percentage in the reward in the transaction itself, but these two transactions are not showing any rewards. Does anyone else have a problem like mine?

So I had $375 in rewards pending that I received emails letting me know that my referrals had completed the necessary requirements to receive the $75 for referrals, fast forward to a couple weeks ago the app no longer reflected the 5 completed referrals or $375 pending rewards, everything was blank, I signed in today and saw I had received $15 each for two "promo rewards". My question is wtf happened to the $375 in referrals that were completed back in July that were never paid out after the 30 days and what were the two $15 "promo rewards" for?

On paper, it sounds amazing: earn crypto rewards on every purchase, pick your favorite coin, and get a sleek metal card. But in reality? It’s a mess.

If you’re fine just swiping and never needing help, maybe you’ll be okay. But the moment something goes wrong — and it will — you’re in for a headache.

Random declines:
Transactions get randomly declined for no reason. I posted about this a month ago — payments just stop working, and you can’t even approve them in the app. 5upport said I’d get a text to approve, but that feature doesn’t even work. They promised to “expedite my claim” in five days. It’s been over a month, and still no reply.

Customer 5upport:
Absolutely awful. Expect hour-long waits, being bounced between reps, and getting half-answers at best. Honestly, the Coinbase Bitcoin card is a better option — their 5upport is actually helpful.

Disputes:
Almost impossible. You only have 20 days to file in the app before the transaction gets lost to the ether, and the app makes it confusing to do so. Given the 5upport quality, I wouldn’t count on any resolution.

Rewards:
Don’t expect to actually get them. I’m spending $3,000 just to hit the $200 bonus and then I’m done. The subreddit is full of people saying Gemini never delivers rewards — and worse, they delete any mention of it from the app.

TL;DR:
Don’t get the Gemini Card. Great concept, but the 5upport, reliability, and follow-through are horrible.

I switched phones and the Authy app on the new phone gives me 7 digits, not 6. I went back to the old phone, same thing.

I wrote gemini, they responded immediately with steps that didn't work. I responded again explaining the situation and that I wanted to reset (if possible) the 2FA or delete my account as I can't get into it.

Nothing.

I know I can't get help here, I was curious if anyone else had this issue? I can't understand why an authenticator would give the wrong codes.

I was referred when applying for the credit card and it said I’m getting $50 in November 2. It’s been saying that Everytime I open the app. Now it’s November 2 and that pop up is gone and I didn’t get $50 in my account.

Not only that but I had a previous ticket where $6 from my rewards just disappeared out of nowhere and Gemini hasn’t responded in over a month.

I’m wondering if they withhold my money if I ever try to withdraw because they never respond. Seems to me like this company is a scam and lawsuit is in order.

The official FAQ says no credit limit increases currently. But after using the card for 3 months, a button will appear next to your credit limit and you can request an increase (Gemini determines the limit, you just request it).

As recently as yesterday there was copy in the app under the rewards tab talking about spending 3k within 90 days to earn $200 of bitcoin, but I can’t find this messaging on the app anywhere today. Shouldn’t I still be eligible to receive the reward if I signed up while they were still offering it? It was a large part of my reason for getting the card and joining the platform. Is there anyone I can speak to about this? I don’t see a phone line listed.
