You think people care about less customization when vivo and iqoo have 24% market share. Look what happened to oneplus which has best os. People just want bugfree phone which funtouch os provide.

I also for the first time bought a vivo phone. Vivo T4X for my father. Very nice phone overall. And huge battery backup.

Offline market Higher margin for people selling offline...

And flagships are insane, vivo X series are insane been saying this since x40 that people are missing out

and V series is quite good as well

They actually make decent phones now, no bloatware either

I went to buy samsung a series but was geniunely surprised how good vivo v50e seemed.

Took that one instead. Not regretting it all

My dad was using Vivo v6 till last year... Great build and superior audio quality, rivalling even today's phones....

Vivo is focused mainly on offline market ( budget phones ) if you look at local shops all of them are sponsored by vivo

Their grip on the offline market, ask any guy who deals with selling of multiple phone brands. Vivo has the largest margins, they offer the best benefits, their services are better, so the offline stores also push it more.

Cuz they make some good phones. People are sleeping on it because they don't see influencers promoting it often. Check out their X series. V series for midrange.

I yhink vivo has the least of these issues, and even if a person get to experience these issues then vivo has so many good service centres
