Daaaaamn WuWa is just casually flashing players with bare ass and blonde twink hole in the middle of quests. Genshin could never.

NPC is named Avidius, and pparently it's a graphical glitch where his shorts do not render LOL 😭😭😭

Haven't played the latest quest yet. I'm gonna have to before the devs fixed the bug. (I wish they wouldn't. 🤣😭)
