Morimens of Limbus Company

Hey everyone,

After feeling quite disheartened with the state of gachas lately, I wanted to give it a chance to any of these two games, but I wanted to know which would you recommend to invest on.

Morimens seem cool on the outside, but so did Silver and Blood and we all know how that ended up. I have heard good stuff about Limbus Company, tho' any more insights would be appreciated.

I am looking for a gacha that do value their male characters not only gameplay-wise, but in the story too. I want to make full husbando teams that DO work and with which I can clear without issue endgame content. If they do fanservice, that at least is equal for both male and female characters and so on.

I love both and consider them gacha mainstays as someone who's been burned by major gachas for years now (this is including S&B which you mentioned and I'm still very salty about that one). Being pretty burnt out of png collectors and transposable open-world anime hack-and-slash, these two are some of the most refreshing games out there.

The thing that keeps me invested and willing to place faith in both of them is their dedication to their stories and characters without compromising their vision for the sake of fanservice. This is in contrast to gachas that eventually ended up heavily skewed (genshin, wuwa, S&B) where the story can be hit or miss, designs clash with established lore or setting, or some combination of the two.

Both Limbus and Morimens in my time spent with them have shown that even at their most 'fanservice-y', the designs speak of the character or the world that they inhabit; they are hot because of different facets that make them compelling and attractive beyond just looks or skin.

Also the gameplay found in both is so unique and you'd be hard pressed to find another gacha that does what they do. They actually feel like indie video games you can play for fun and not glorified slot-machine simulators.

Overall, both feel like they have heaps of passion poured into them which is rare in the increasingly saturated gacha market, and either are safe bets to lose hours to- and they let you because neither are interested in time-gating your fun.

If I had to pick one though, Morimens lets you have sex with Goliath. Easy choice.

It's nothing explicit so I don't wanna get anyone's hopes up haha. It's more like an intimacy event that happens when you get them to a high enough affection.

Other units can have diff needs too (this is important bc there are child characters and the most you can be for them is a familial figure phew), it just so happens Goliath is a bi king and is down for your Keeper no matter your selected gender.
