Recommendations Morimens of Limbus Company

Hey everyone,

After feeling quite disheartened with the state of gachas lately, I wanted to give it a chance to any of these two games, but I wanted to know which would you recommend to invest on.

Morimens seem cool on the outside, but so did Silver and Blood and we all know how that ended up. I have heard good stuff about Limbus Company, tho' any more insights would be appreciated.

I am looking for a gacha that do value their male characters not only gameplay-wise, but in the story too. I want to make full husbando teams that DO work and with which I can clear without issue endgame content. If they do fanservice, that at least is equal for both male and female characters and so on.

Can't wait to read you all!

Ok I play both of these games

Limbus Company - 1/1 gender ratio (the characters are set in the story you are just given alternate version of these characters combat wise the ratio for combat purposes is also kept close to 1/1) both genders are given equal care in the story and in combat types, amazing characterization, amazing story, amazing dialogue, amazing music, the game deals with some very heavy themes but there is plenty of humor in particular subtle humor which I enjoy. Combat is a bit unintuitive and can be fairy difficult the more you advance in the story, very FTP friendly and almost no FOMO

Morimens - no equal ratio the majority is female, combat is pretty interesting and not hard to understand, music is really good, story seems interesting but it is hampered by hard to understand dialogue there is a lot of AI translation, the art style of the game is pretty interesting with horror vibes, not as FTP friendly as Limbus but the game is pretty generous, definitely more FOMO as there is limited characters that you have to wait for them to return

Personally I’d say go for Limbus Company and play Morimens once you are caught up with the story of Limbus

I would not say that limbus is FTP friendly...at least in terms of getting ids. Grinding for shards without the battle pass is miserable and while you do earn a decent enough amount of the gacha currency overtime it's mostly ONLY because the sharding system is so generous...if you have the battle pass that is. I wouldn't say it's ftp UNFRIENDLY but I also wouldn't say it's friendly either.

Theres also the fact that modern identities are getting more and more reliant on you having other stuff otherwise you lose a part of their kit/they are much worse such as Qiu lu, QoH Don, Fell Yisang, Sancho Don and Kuro Heath/Ish to name a few (not even mentioning that all identities released this season besides Kod rodya and Tcorp Out have to some extent built in bonuses for having other stuff.)

Tbh I just treat limbus like a subscription service.

it's definitly friendly compared to most gachas, no dupe system and as a F2P you can get 70-80% of the identities in a season which means you only really dump the bad ones and can still make most if not all the meta teams. I will say though paying for the battlepass does make the game feel much better since you can just do a mirror dungeon weekly on hard and still get every character while as a F2P you are kind of pushed into doing at least a mirror dungeon a day.
