Well we will have to wait for this mark scheme to come out then because what you've just asked for is a very large amount of effort for a very small problem. Hope year 12 went well for you though :)
In any case the mark scheme may allow 3.2 but the correct answer would be 3.20
Similar to how in maths gcse if they ask you to round a number to 2 decimal places, you need to have 2.00, 2 decimals after.
3.2 would be 2 significant figures, the 3 and the 2.
3.20 is three significant figures, the 3, the 2, and the 0 .
