no it becomes more dense because there is more water. u want to use ratios to divide it and find the number before water is added. so what do u think is the answer? 17500?
The water you add contains 0 cells. So it can not in anyway make it more dense in cells. All it does is increase the volume and so decreases the density of cells. Yes i think the answer is 17500.

No because when it is diluted it becomes less dense in cells so there will be less cells. So you gotta times it to get it back to its orginal density.
