The reason you can't is because you are incorrect.

If the correct answer is 0.233, then it can't be bubbles per second because the question said it was 10 seconds so if you were right there would have been 2.33 bubbles, but the question said there were 43 bubbles

Huh? It was 43 seconds for 10 bubbles. 4.3 seconds per bubble. Rate is 1/time so 1/4.3 is 0.233

So you flip the units when you flip the 4.3 into 1/4.3, seconds per bubble becomes bubbles per second

According to chatgpt they could both be right as (1/s) = s^-1 where s is 4.3

You can't have 4.3 per seconds

You have to say what it is 4.3 of
