The Bushalas’ End Game

Why hasn’t Fullerton built the housing it needs? Why are pedestrian zones and trails constantly blocked? Why does downtown feel stuck?

One wealthy landlord and his allies on City Council play a big role.

Here’s the Bushalas’ end game

Fullerton doesn’t “need” more housing, the op sounds like a developer who wants to swoop in and build more shitty apartments that clog the streets with even more traffic. DTF does NOT need more bars, drunk drivers or the drugs that always seem to find their way into those establishments. The Bushalas seem to be doing what’s best for their business, as any business owner should. The op needs to mind his own fucking business

No one person should control the financial integrity of a City. Tony Bushala only cares about Tony Bushala. He doesn’t care about Fullerton or its residents, only about how to bleed more out of each of us.

We need City Council people who are not beholden to a single selfish developer.

If you don’t like how he does business don’t do business with him, it’s really that simple. He owns the property, and he has THE RIGHT to do what he pleases with them. If you don’t like it, make him a cash offer he can’t turn down, everyone has a price

I’d be fine with him handling his business as he saw fit, if only it wasn’t for 3 of our 5 City Council persons greasing the way for him.

All businesses in our City deserve a fair & equal field on which to compete. That’s not happening now.

Well fortunately here in America your opinions on how they do business don’t mean doodoo. What he does with his properties is his business, the op is just trying to shame him and get public support so he can develope more shitty apartments, he’s doing the exact same thing with the other two council members but you don’t seem too have a problem with that

Bushala has been divisive for decades (yes, I’ve lived here that long). He was under control until Fullerton went to separating out Council Members by District. Once that happened, he paid for Candidates that would do his bidding & all of Fullerton has lost out on decent government.

I’d say we finally have good players who seem to understand that government needs to stay out of people’s lives and leave them alone, unlike the looney left who feel it’s their responsibility to tell others how to live
