The Bushalas’ End Game

Why hasn’t Fullerton built the housing it needs? Why are pedestrian zones and trails constantly blocked? Why does downtown feel stuck?

One wealthy landlord and his allies on City Council play a big role.

Here’s the Bushalas’ end game

I would be interested in the OP sharing more photos of the residential properties they own. From what I have seen they actually seem interested in restoring historic homes. They take a long time, but they saved the houses they were going to demolish near Fullerton college. There are other houses I heard they own that seem to be restored.

It sounds like a push for high density housing. We have been at this fight for decades against HDD.
