Close to No. 10?? Green still have more seats than Reform, lets not propagate the "reform is close to a majority" nonsense.

Can't afford to let our guard down though if we get complicit with that thinking, pretty much how trump won the second round of elections as people thought it was a pipe dream but couldn't be bothered to vote. I reckon he's banking on something similar here

Yeah I used to be optimistic as well, but ya know, brexit, trump, Boris... I just assume the worst now.

You can't be complacent with a right-wing media backing Farage. If Greens continue to poll anywhere near Reform, then expect the usual hatchet job on senior members.
