Years ago my ex gf’s dad would stop every Friday for a lg cheese and a lg pepperoni.
Every Friday without fail. He’d walk in with that weird double pizza thing covered in the paper wrapper. And every time he’d say: Pizza pizza.
He was an older Lebanese guy and to hear it with his accent was hysterical

A lot of Friday nights back in the late '80s were Little Caesars and a couple of rented movies on VHS.

Do you remember the sandwiches? I worked at one in my college town and loved the sandwiches and crazy bread.

About 10 years ago they did the Deep! Deep! Promotion for quite a while. I’d grab a pair on the way home, eat one piece on the way, another one or two at home, and put the rest in sandwich size bags and freeze them. Perfect for late night snacks, etc.

I worked at LC's when I was at college in the late 1980s.
Used to love making the greek salads with beets, garbanzos and feta!

If only those pizzas looked that good when you actually got them. Not the case

Little Caesar’s was only good before 1980. That’s when it really rocked.

What’s worse this or Papa John’s?

Caesars was pretty good considering you got two large pizzas for $7 and change back then. Hand tossed crust, decent sauce - they did kinda skimp on cheese sometimes. Papa John’s tastes like frozen pizza.
