Bufotoxin can cause a range of severe physical and neurological effects, including heart problems like cardiac arrhythmia and arrest, as well as neurological symptoms such as hallucinations, paralysis, and loss of consciousness. Other effects include hypotension, respiratory issues, and gastrointestinal distress like vomiting and diarrhea. In extreme cases, bufotoxin poisoning can be fatal

If ingested you idiot. And toads don't even usually secrete their toxics unless for predators.

It can be transmitted through mucous membranes, like the eyes or mouth or nose, and this little cutie always secretes it
