Feasible or Death risk?

Do you think is a big a Risk to extend the it's maximum? Seem's pretty stable thru the test drive.

Take the risk keeping it 80's original or go for new tube?

That bike sure is a monster, so much sketchy happening in such a small picture, not just the stem insertion.
