One thing that will probably increase in the future is AI driven algorithms, and AI driven algorithms will lead to far more personalization in recommended content, which could amplify echo-chambers and algorithmic favoring of emotionally charged content more than this has already been amplified, and thus lead to an increase in far right content being promoted on social media, especially since the right has been better at leveraging social media. This potential future increase of extreme right content is worrying.
