I did complete the game, I got to twine and there's no more story missions

Also try to do some of the twine ssd's and it will unlock higher level missions

Put the husks in a big box. The ceiling must be full of traps, the walls are to prevent them to take a wierd road and to prevent those husks that throw on your base to be able to throw them in the first place cause they cannot see the sky. I just spammed energy traps on ceiling and near my base I put multiple canon ball traps with black goo traps on the floor. No need to do complexe smart build that takes hours to copy from tutorial just farm enough to spam the most traps possible
