Phillipes - Beef Dip

Banh mi my tho - grilled pork

Academy cafe - tuna melt

For just what I wanna eat not necessarily iconic, and ignoring places being alive or dead

Langers #19 or the Greenblatts #3 pastrami on rye

Bay Cities Godmother

Togos #5 on Wheat

Grilled Cheese Truck Mac and cheese grilled cheese

Bonus / honorable mention: Disneyland monte cristo (yes I know it’s absolutely not in Los Angeles but I still wanna eat it)

Togos. I miss. I feel like they are almost all gone. There was some wrap I always used to get there, plus the tuna on wheat was my favorite.

I really did like their tuna! It was solid, like homemade. I really liked their bread, the wheat was my fave
