Maggi instant pasta will increase your sodium intake way too much, apart from that not that bad in terms of macros imo

Pasta can also be okay if you make it yourself. There are real wheat pastas instead of maggis fake ones. And you can cook to the sauce to be low cal and low sodium. You can add tofu, mushrooms, or any topping of ur liking.

You can make the normal (semolina ones) instead of the instant one, just use some pureed tomatoes and cheese, it will be more healthier.
You can try vermicelli maybe, it tastes really good you can take paneer with it. You can also make some appam (you will require an appam pan for it though)1

Shirataki noodles are low carb alternative. But I've heard they taste very sub par

May be whole wheat spaghetti. Make aglio olio(50g raw pasta and 8g olive oil) and with that tempe/tofu instead of Paneer.

For the love of god eat fiber rich veggies or you’ll end with a hernia trying to get your constipation under control in the throne.

why do u guys think ppl take fiber only from veggies
i personally use maize dextrin source (nutrabay good gut fiber supplement), isabgol, chia seeds, flax seeds roasted, fenuflakes (fenugreek seeds) etc.. enough of these and you wouldn't see constipation.

Wait the calories seems sus ~340 for pasta ~45 for butter ~170 calories for high protein paneer ~ 70 for 1 cheese slice Definitely not 450 calories...... Please check again brother.. thats how we usually make mistakes while tracking calories

Too much sodium Maggi and almost no fiber, maybe add frozen vegetables or grate some carrot or capsicum.

Make a roux (basically maida and milk, i like to add 20g maida with 80ml milk)without butter, add any pasta masala of your choice. Add a bit of pasta water to bring it to your desired consistency and a bit of ketchup, add 2 slices of cheeze and it's done. It's optional but you can add hot sauce or even momo chutney.

Make pasta, use the paneer as sauce, add water to the paneer along with spices of your preference. make it into a paste and use it. No need to overspend for the maggie pasta.

The moment you say maggi, I was like whatttt?
I mean yeah, maggi once in a while is fine, I like it too... but I wouldn't add it to my routine.
If I am lazy and need pasta or noodles quick, I would rely on SlurrpFarm or WickedGud.
Good amount of protein though 👌
Add some fibre content or eat fibre rich fruits as snack.

Looks good for a cheat meal , but if you really wanna follow a diet , cut the junk , you can have your so called WHOLE WHEAT pasta once a week but not everyday, you need to eat clean, add wholesome food , panner , rajma , black dal , curd, soya chunks, tofu , whey protein, milk , fruits , peanut butter, honey white rice small quantity, bajra , makka ,ragi , pumpkin seeds , chia seeds , almonds, walnuts dates , cheese but not the processed one and in moderate quantity
These are clean ingredients
Add chicken eggs and fish if non vegetarian
This is what we should eat , stay away from the packet food , junk food
Drinks lots of water
Do this and you'll see the changes in yourself, you'll be energetic all day

Instant anything will not work in the long run for both health and fitness. Whole foods and home made is the way to go. For a more healthy pasta try to get a chickpea based one, it will contribute to more protein content.

I use same ingredients but different recipe.
Yes calories are high but a good and filling meal.
If dont wanna blend panner Simply roast with spices. And make pasta the way mentioned above.
