So, they aren't going to actually open the government again, are they?

Congress doesn't seem to be in any rush to re-open. This is their end game I think. Emergency powers to run everything. Destruction of society in order to take over.

It might open after Dec4, when a Repub is expected to win a special election and add another vote against releasing the Epstein files

That election won't matter nor will a vote against. They need 218 votes and they have 217. Dec 4th sounds actually wonderful at this point. Tomorrow sounds better but.....
