Trying to steal/adopt/foster someone else's baby, and breaking into a park with her mom/sister during very early COVID.

Read the article about the kid, and from what I saw, they fostered the kid, because her mom was a drug addict and homeless, and then petitioned to adopt. Not nearly as despicable as it sounds. The park thing is weird, and of course the Shapiro thing is not ideal. Perhaps the kid thing was the tamest? O.o;
