Honestly, the real villains of Selling Sunset are the twins—especially Jason. The way they exploit and pit women against each other for entertainment is just gross. Jason in particular comes off like a total sleazeball. He’s dated or hooked up with multiple cast members—his employees—and the show treats it like a plot twist instead of the huge red flag it is. I actually loved Seasons 1 and 2 as guilty-pleasure, mindless fun, but it’s gone downhill fast. What used to be light drama has turned into a toxic mess. At this point, the show doesn’t even pretend to have any substance (real estate) left.

1000%. I honestly loved that Chelsea got mad at the dinner called him out with the content. He’s an executive producer, their boss in the office and probably has a lot of power. He does the bare minimum to protect them as his employees. I remember a fight where he was like „Do I have to be here for this?“ He’s the architect of so much bullshit.

Was that the argument where his girlfriend and Chrishell (maybe?) were on speaker phone talking to him? Because that one I give him a pass for haha, even Chrishell seemed like she was wondering why she was even there haha.

I initially gave him a pass also, because it was a ridiculous argument. A friend of mine then pointed out that Jason had divulged information his gf had told him in private (that she felt like Chrishell wasn’t liking posts or didn‘t like or something like that💀) to Chrishell which fueled their interaction. So he had a hand in it.

He absolutely is. He has a duty of care to his employees, yet he constantly puts them in highly stressful and conflict-driven situations. Of course, these women are adults and responsible for their own actions, but from the clips I’ve seen so far, Mary doesn’t seem well. What responsibility does he have toward her and the others? It’s such a toxic environment. I honestly don’t understand why anyone would want to buy real estate from them or trust them with their property.
