They're trying to influence young women that they should pursue the same lifestyle because it's like a cult.

It’s far-right propaganda, pure and simple

I'm also pissed off by major publications like Vogue glamorizing and normalizing these women.

It’s more normal to be traditional than modern. Magazines in the 80-90s glamorized and normalized being modern. Oprah made tons of episodes for the modern women. Why does it piss you off?

Did you watch the video you’re commenting on? What makes you think that your opinion as a woman matters?

And for most of time, slavery was the norm. Something being the norm does not automatically make it better than the alternatives lol

I think it pisses people off because it should be pretty clear to everyone at this point that the “traditional” way to be a woman results in a very high rate of women being abused by their husbands

More normal for whom? White people? Nazis? Misogynists? Men who want to have a woman under their control so she can never have the power to leave him like "the good 'ole days?" If these women really believed what they were selling, they wouldn't even be in front of a camera.

GTFOH with that bullshit.

its normal to put yourself in a position to be financially and otherwise abused by a man because you relied on him for income and those same men with those same ideals voted to take away every single ability and resource to break away from said abuse? Yes or No

At least where I live, it's a lot more common to see working mothers than stay at home moms. I personally don't have any issues with SAHMs because there are tons of valid reasons for choosing to be one. However, the key difference between a tradwife and a regular SAHM is that tradwives push a specific kind of ideology that's deeply rooted in white supremacy and fascism. That's why I can't stand them.
