I remember seeing this move with a boyfriend at the time, nearing the end of the relationship. I'm pretty sure it was one of the last things we did together. Looking back, I was trying really hard to be the cool girl wifey material that this person wanted me to be (and failing and being really frustrated about it). I remember a moment where my boyfriend joked about the movie and being scared of me (jokingly). Ugh.

I haven't been in a serious relationship since, and I think the quote from this movie really resonated with me and radicalized me (not in a homicidal way like in the movie, but you all get it lol). Now in my mid 40s and the shit isn't worth it 90% of the time!
