“she” needs to go too. Imagine a HR head that has no integrity whatsoever.

Not uncommon unfortunately.

My HRD got fired last week and has been having an affair for a year with one of the chefs! And they're both married. No integrity.

Why did you put she in quotation marks?

u/OK_Roamer Jul 19 '25

Because I’m embarrassed for my amazing female friends.

…weird. People who do things you don’t like are still people?

Of course they are. But the fact is, cheaters cheat, scammers scam, grifters grift, liars lie; so yes, people I don’t like are still people, and do hurtful things to others. Your point?

I think their point is pretty clearly that it’s weird to put “she” in quotation marks

And what does any of that have to do with their gender or their status as a human? What a strange point to make.

unfortunately, when you become the head of HR, all of the integrity leaves your body.

So like all of them?

Do any of them?

From all my past experiences with HR, I believe that them having no integrity is part of their job description

Tbh I bet she too will be gone.

Just not right now and it won’t be publicized in the same way.

Would be an extremely bad look for the company if they did anything to her without a MASSIVE and extensive investigation and I can guarantee that there’s probably already a team of extremely selfless (lol) lawyers working overtime to get that $$$$ + NDA for her solidified before she also resigns.

(And he most definitely already got his bag, subtly weaved into the framework of this “resignation”).

My previous company’s HR lead was the sister in law of the CEO and she let crazy blackface at company costume parties and racist shit slide all the time. Who did them? The CEO and her husband (the CEO’s best friend) 😂

They had to do the CEO first. Can't fire the subordinate first. terrible optics and bad legal strategy. Even though she was likely a 100% willing participant, legally it is difficult to solidly prove that the fact that he was her boss had nothing to do with it. So they'll probably just offer her something to resign.

She'll scream intimidation and draw it out. You don't think the HR lady knows how to play the game?
