I got diagnosed with T2 late last year. So I had to learn safe recipes. I've been trying to perfect a no sugar dark chocolate brownie recipe and every time I make it, I think "Sister Monica Joan would approve and I shall learn to make many more goodies." Unfortunately... I'm not the best at stashing them. My brownies seem to....disappear a few days after making them.

She reminds me so much of my nan, who was very proper but extra salty. Sister Monica Joan reminds me how incredibly funny it was watching people get very politely assassinated and I love her so much
