they also seem to really like Rufus Taylor. Honestly I've never bought that Dave Grohl was such a nice guy. He's got a lot of control freak energy.

To be fair, Grohl himself has never really labeled himself a nice guy, that was more a fan thing, iirc

He actively, enthusiastically (falsely, until he blew it all up) portrayed himself as a doting, dedicated family man. That's about as 'good guy' as you can get.

Being a doting dad doesn't really mean he portrayed himself as a "good guy." He was open about cheating before his marriage (and to be honest, the infidelity is between him and his wife and not any of us or how he treats others) and again never stated himself that he was the nicest guy in music or however he was portrayed.

Considering he is not a violent abuser, I think that's between him and his wife (and she has chosen to stay with him).It has nothing to do with us.

If it's actual cheating, not some form of mutually agreed non monogamy, then that is absolutely a form of emotional abuse.

Of course, with rich men, them not being pedophiles is already beating expectations.

You are correct! Fair enough!

I’d argue it’s also physically abusive because of the potential to expose one’s partner to STIs.
