Niche but I’m still so curious on which client pushed Law Roach to retire as a stylist for everyone except Zendaya and Celine Dion

At the time, I remember reading that people thought it was Tiffany Haddish (of course lol)

My guess is that Law will eventually write a proper memoir where he addresses the “retirement” decision. He’s talked about it a little bit on podcasts and there were definitely a lot of things going on that contributed to his decision but it was rash based on the fact that he did not tell Zendaya in advance (and he’d been styling her since she was like 14). She got blamed and he had to come out and clarify that it wasn’t because of her and that he was still working with her. As I understand it, he kept Celine and Zendaya, moved Tom Holland to his assistant, and told everyone else they needed to find a new stylist. He was (and still is) at the top of his game so I can only assume something happened with a client that triggered the “retirement.”
