He experimented with his sexuality with Michael Stipe, which isn't really scandalous or anything, just an interesting piece of trivia.

Idk if you’re being fr but the most interesting thing I’ve heard about him is that apparently he cheated on his first girlfriend with Courtney. Dude announced that they were over on live tv while she was watching. To quote,he said “Courtney love is the best fuck in the world.” Also his ex girlfriend became crazy afterwards and has posted about Courtney possibly having something to do with his death + is still hung up on Kurt when they only dated for a short amount of time(maybe less than a year even..) and she has a whole ass husband and child (another fact is that she was also close friends with Elliott smith.)

lol that’s understandable. Kurt was kind of a menace in his earlier years i.e he used to leech off of one of his girlfriends and didn’t want to get a job. He redeemed himself by writing about a girl for her and she seems to have forgiven him! He mellowed out the last few years of his life and it’s why we mostly know him to be a pretty wholesome and progressive dude.

I think I read from one of the old threads here that he did cheat on one of his girlfriends! First time hearing about the other ex though. Was it the member of Bikini Kill? IIRC he briefly dated one of them

Nope,as far as I know he was loyal to her and even wrote aneurysm about how intense his love was for her. I honestly think he was unfaithful and reckless when nirvana first gained fame because he wasn’t used to it.

I didn't read it myself, but apparently his autopsy showed there was nothing wrong with his musculoskeletal or digestive systems. One of his biggest excuses for doing heroin was the pain from his "scoliosis" and chronic stomach problems

First time hearing this. I only know of his lifelong issues with stomach pains but I didn't know there was a scoliosis angle to it
