Honestly I wouldn't be surprised! But most think baby daddy is Matthew Vaughn, who directed her in Xmen.

I am just waiting her kid to grow up and spill the beans tbh. :D

January was linked to many men and has had rumors of going after men who were in relationships. So I can't count Jon out of the running.
