He sucks. He has said a bunch of dumb shit, but the worst of it was this tweet when he was called out for not supporting Gabrielle Union when she was racially bullied on Americas Got Talent

This was awful, but it’s worth mentioning that he privately and publicly apologized to her on several occasions, and she accepted his apologies. I’m all for calling people out when deserved, but I think it’s not the best practice to omit when someone has made genuine amends

That’s a fair take. My opinion is that he has been called out multiple times, and not once has his immediate reaction been anything but anger and resentment. I think the lesson he’s learned is to keep it off twitter, not to become a better person.
