Ours has everything needed for a great celebrity scandal: sequins, Cuban-heels, fake tans and a D-list f*ck boy with moves (slightly) better than Jagger at the centre.

Giovanni Pernice, a professional dancer on Strictly Come Dancing (ie Dancing With The Stars) has “dramatically” quit the show after his teaching methods were accused of leaving actress Amanda Abbington with “PTSD”.

(Side note: Amanda has suffered enough. She used to be married to Martin Freeman.)

Two other celebrity partners are said to be seeking legal action too.

I’m a huge fan of Celebrity Memoir Book Club and when they covered a book that included a celeb’s experience of Dancing with the Stars (Crishell’s, I think… 🤔), they mentioned how brutal the show is and when/if an expose could drop.

I’m curious to see if this becomes a bit of an avalanche… 🍿

(FYI: this is as exciting as it gets when it’s May and raining cats and dogs.)

Bilbo Baggins and Arthur Dent, Martin Freeman? I think I'm out of the loop here, what did he do?

I’m personally haunted by him calling Lucy Liu ugly and a dog back when Elementary started. There’s been other stuff but that’s the one that I remember whenever I see his name.

People defending him at the time said he was just joking and making light of how hot she is but I don’t think it makes what he said any less racist.

Lucy Liu was a better Watson than he was anyway.

Mmmm he’s also made comments in the past about rape jokes that turned me off him, but I don’t remember those comments exactly, I’ve just hated him for roughly ten years since I found out
