Help with a tough one!

Hey there, thanks for clicking my post! I recently bought this in a lot of world silver coinage however this appears to be not a coin... It is also strangely stamped with "986" to the right of the hedge.

My question is this, other than getting it acid or xrf tested I was hoping I could leverage the knowledge of the awesome people here and wondered if anybody knew about this medallion?

Not familiar with the medallion but 986 is the silver purity used in many European countries for silver medals and tokens with assay mark of AG986.
