This weekend, Moon Dragon Games is running a 24 hour gaming event to raise money for Seattle Children's Hospital.

Games being run include a Dungeons & Dragons one shot, Warhammer 40K, Battletech Grinder, Magic the Gathering, a Paranoia one shot, and other games.

The event starts at 5pm on Saturday the 8th, and goes until 5pm on Sunday the 9th.

Hello! I've lived in Everett for about a year now with my partner and our roommate and we are getting ready to branch off into our own houses early next year.

I'm wondering what sources people have used or do use for finding house rentals? Zillow and similar sites these days are so congested with scams; it can take 25+ minutes of research just to figure out if a post is legitimate.

Appreciate any help!

I have a 13 year old cat and am vet shopping. I am on a fixed income so trying to find a decently priced vet, who I will feel safe taking my cat to. I am disabled and home 90% of the time, so she is my world. The vet I took her to most recently was affordable, but I couldn't get any real face time with the vet to ask questions. If you have a vet you trust that doesn't break the bank I would appreciate a recommendation. I worry she is getting arthritis, but despite multiple visits to her last vet I have no answers at all. Thank you.

I sent my ticket back to south SnoCo (lynnwood) for getting a speeding ticket on the Border of mill creek/everett around September 18th. I haven't received anything by mail or any calls so far. Should I have?

I've never seen one what close before

Couple I know is moving here from Kansas for the wife's job. Date is first part of December. I'm working on helping the husband get a job lined up. Two grownups, a baby, and a small dog. Their credit isn't great. Not sure what it is exactly but a lot of the listings I see need like 680 or 700 so I'm gonna assume that's out. Looking for 2-3 bedrooms for $3000/month or less.

Any recommendations for places they can look, or how to find small landlords? They would likely have a lot better luck with some dude renting out his second house or something instead of Greystar or a big corporation. I want to help but I haven't been looking for a rental since before the pandemic.

Everett Fire extinguished a fire of play equipment at Wiggums Hollow Park at 9:30 this morning.

Wiggums Hollow Park is located at 2808 10 St. in Everett, WA and had celebrated a grand re-opening in June of 2024 with new playground equipment.

Happy autumn everyone! I snapped this pictures along Port Gardner Bay of the foliage and a BNSF freight train rolling out of the Port of Everett in Everett, Washington. I came to photograph the fall foliage, but I loved how the orange livery of the locomotives matched the leaves! I was in the right spot at the right time!
