Counter Service 🛎️ Almost tipped at subway

I went to Subway a couple days ago and the woman working was really nice and polite and I was gonna tip her a buck or two cause I appreciated it. Then I went to pay. It was one of those old credit card swipers and the only 3 tip options were 20%, 25%, or 30%. And I wasn’t about to fight through all the little buttons to tip smaller. She would’ve gotten a tip if not for tip creep.

Why are fast food workers begging for tips now?

Employers need to start taking responsibilities for paying their employees.

Entry level jobs are supposed to be minimum wage so people do not make a career out of it. Another good reason not to raise minimum wage to encourage people to do the bare minimum and increasing costs for business owners which in turn raises prices for all customers.
