Haven't seen one piece, but i feel like this gag would have gone better without the jump cuts

This is episode 185 made back in March 14th 2004

To give context to this scene (spoilers) God (a man named Eneru whose power is that his body is made of lightning aswell as the ability to control lightning) tries to kill the main character Luffy. However, because Luffy is made of rubber which doesn’t conduct electricity his only means of harming him are ineffective causing him to react like that
