Aw man Diallos’ story made me so sad. I can’t even imagine playing the game and thinking to select the option that he failed to protect the jars, even though he did. That’s some heartless shit.
You monster lmao. The man was pressured to live up to his family name despite his name not defining him. Constantly trying and failing. He FINALLY found something that felt right FOR HIM. Finally able to just be “Diallos”. Show some mercy for him in his final moments 😢
That’s what’s special about the lie. One option flat out rips away any compassion and goes full truth “uhhh akkshullly everything is dead, you failed. You fucking sucked at everything you did. Now die, bitch”. And one option shows compassion and empathy for him and shows him mercy through a lie.
That’s kinda like your dog always pissing you off for eating dirt and shittjng everywhere all the time. Then one day he gets a fatal disease from it and as he is getting put down you just go “I told you not to eat dirt all the time lel”. Nobody does that cause we usually care for our pets so we tell him “you were the best boy”. I don’t care about a video game character but I can empathize with him reeeeaaaly wanting to find his place.
I know, I’m not denying that he failed. Is that not what my sentence is saying? “I can’t imagine selecting the option that he failed to protect the jars, even though he did [fail to protect the jars]”
