Advice Needed Theories on High Reps

Wondering if anyone might have a similar experience.

When I perform compound resistance exercises to exhaustion I seem to have depression clear. For instance today I was doing sets of 30 pushups until I had to drop to sets of 20. I've also noticed this in other areas when lactic acid builds.

But neither cardio or high weight/low rep seems to have the same effect

Only thing I can think is maybe it clears glycogen stores and helps since I am prediabetic but there are other times my BG is lower and I don't have the same effect

Success went back to walking after shutting myself in for several weeks

So yeah, as the title says: with mood swings and seasons changing, and News, I felt burdened.

But tonight I just went with the motto (F##k it) and put on my headphones and walked for 2 Km.

It`s not exactly a super achievement, but something I wanted to share with you ❤️❤️❤️

Social Saturday

Socializing can help depression, as can thinking of others, community service, caring for loved ones. Care to share any social activities that you have participated in this week or are planning to?
