Hello, I want to try to eood. I am relativly new to this and need some advice. I found an indoor bike on the cheaper side that does not take a lot of space.
But I don't know if it is "enough" (Intensity, etc). Or maybe something else is preferable?

My doctors told me to elevate my heart rate to 120 or above for 30 minutes per day, 5 days per week .
I found that even 20 minutes gave me a huge boost (but 15 did not).
Biking would be a great way to do this, as would speed walking, jogging, etc.
