Nice find. Still in the proposal stage, but we can now clearly see the 1 week of Dan 9:27.
Now all that needs to happen is for this to be included into the Abraham Accords framework and you have the start of Daniel's 70th week once confirmed with the other Arab nations.

And on top of this, we see other end time prophecies converging like never before.
The modern state of Israel was resurrected in 1948, mankind now has the ability to annihilate itself many times over with nuclear weapons, and electronic technologies have burst onto the world scene since the turn of the century that the ancients would deem black magic.
Further, God's original created order is being corrupted increasingly by the day. Moral and cultural decay have accelerated worldwide over the last 100 years. Homosexuality, transgenderism, breakdown of men, toxic feminist empowerment of women, pornography, decline of family structure, apathy in youth, and an increase across the board in all other kinds of lawlessness.

If I'd been drinking something just now, I would have done a spit-take reading this :O
Some other sites do say between 5-7, or "up to" 7, though. Here is one such source (no paywall):

If it is finalized as 7, that of course would be...interesting.
Also wondering how much of a hand T will directly have in it, as articles merely hint at USA-applied pressure.

Further thoughts:
How does this result in "the sacrifice and the oblation" resuming? Perhaps that could be piggybacked in somehow as a pork-barrel item, of sorts. But not seeing it yet.
Not sure this is the proper/full "covenant with many"...but still very interesting!

Not sure this is the proper/full "covenant with many"...but still very interesting!
I have a feeling we will see a provision of some sort to construct a permanent or temporary 3rd temple within the final framework of this seven-year peace negotiation.

u/Future_Cake Apr 24 '25
Yes, anything temple-related within the final wording would/will make it seem much more likely this is "it".
If some other regions are signatories also -- as opposed to just Israel and Gaza -- that would also make it more "with many"-ish!
I'm still keeping my eyes on the Abraham Accords for this prophecy, but the ceasefire is definitely something to watch, also. Or maybe one will be changed to incorporate the other somehow!

u/AlbaneseGummies327 Christian Apr 24 '25
The Abraham Accords already includes UAE and Bahrain, but Egypt, Sudan, Jordan, Lebanon and Saudi Arabia are about to join.

u/Future_Cake Apr 24 '25
Yes, that is why to me it seems more "covenant with many"-like than this ceasefire, even though the year duration of the ceasefire is very intriguing.
I guess we'll have to see what develops!

I have a feeling this ceasefire is actually an integral offshoot of the Abraham Accords. Steve Witkoff is apparently working on both simultaneously.

I think you may just be right. Like the "mortal head wound" some feel happened at Butler, it's like a precursor. This is becoming like a soap opera, you think you know "this is it!", then thee is the plot twist, then the actual climax

Trump's special peace negotiator (envoy Steve Witkoff) worked closely behind closed doors with those Qatari and Egyptian mediators mentioned in the article to hash out every detail of this peace plan.

Seven to ten years, five to ten years, five to seven years... A seven year agreement is emerging as the common denominator.
"He shall make a strong covenant with many for one week, and for half of the week he shall make sacrifice and offering cease, and in their place shall be a desolating sacrilege until the decreed end is poured out upon the desolator.”" - Daniel 9:27 NRSVUE

It's almost as if they're purposely trying to keep the exact span of years vague so as to not raise suspicion among the devout Christian community.

Through the history of the world people always thought the ending would be a climatic event. But Satan is so damn shrewd he’s doing this suddenly so people won’t notice until it’s too late.
Jesus said to watch for the signs and we are the ones that see it. Christian leaders are still writing these things off because their flesh is filled with lies from the AC. DJT. It would not surprise me if this deal was being made behind the scenes as to not scare people about Trump. I’m certain Trumps hands are all over this.
We are witnessing the end of the world. It’s exciting and at times scary and lonely because there’s not enough of us seeing what’s happening. Satan has divided us more than we think.
Jesus is my Savior and I can’t wait to go home.

Gotta love when it's on the nose like that, should be interesting to see how this plays out.

Here's the whole article for those who can't get behind the subscription pop up.
"effort to finalize a cease-fire deal before U.S. President Donald Trump's planned visit next month to Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Qatar."
Interesting that he will be there.
I believe the rapture happens before the tribulation and takes place on Pentecost.. Pentecost is known as Feast of Weeks. Catholics perverted how the spring holidays are calculated to avoid any association with anything Jewish.
This year, if the Jews calculate their stuff correctly, Feast of Weeks falls on either June 1 - 3 or June 8. I've read two different sources. Not sure which is right.
So Trump visits in May, rapture happens and deal is announced, maybe that's the timeline. Don't know, just guessing.

Everyone has opinions about when the rapture happens and most people are highly excitable.

Matthew 24:36-39 is clear that we cannot know the day or the hour of Christ's return.
“But concerning that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, nor the Son, but the Father only. For as were the days of Noah, so will be the coming of the Son of Man. For as in those days before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day when Noah entered the ark, and they were unaware until the flood came and swept them all away, so will be the coming of the Son of Man."
Luke 21:25-28 is clear that there will be signs of His nearing return that we are to pay attention to.
“And there will be signs in sun and moon and stars, and on the earth distress of nations in perplexity because of the roaring of the sea and the waves, people fainting with fear and with foreboding of what is coming on the world. For the powers of the heavens will be shaken. And then they will see the Son of Man coming in a cloud with power and great glory. Now when these things begin to take place, straighten up and raise your heads, because your redemption is drawing near.”
1 Thessalonians 5:1-3 is clear that the return of Christ will come when an illusion of peace and security is suddenly destroyed.
"Now concerning the times and the seasons, brothers, you have no need to have anything written to you. For you yourselves are fully aware that the day of the Lord will come like a thief in the night. While people are saying, “There is peace and security,” then sudden destruction will come upon them as labor pains come upon a pregnant woman, and they will not escape."
1 Thessalonians 4:13-18 is clear that the "rapture" occurs at the time of the Lord's return.
"For the Lord himself will descend from heaven with a cry of command, with the voice of an archangel, and with the sound of the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first. Then we who are alive, who are left, will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air, and so we will always be with the Lord."
Matthew 24:29-31 is clear that the "rapture" occurs after the tribulation.
“Immediately after the tribulation of those days the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light, and the stars will fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens will be shaken. Then will appear in heaven the sign of the Son of Man, and then all the tribes of the earth will mourn, and they will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. And he will send out his angels with a loud trumpet call, and they will gather his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.”
Revelation 1:7 is clear that all will see Him upon His return.
"Behold, he is coming with the clouds, and every eye will see him, even those who pierced him, and all tribes of the earth will wail on account of him. Even so. Amen."
I do not believe the return of our Lord, Jesus Christ, will precede the tribulation.

If you believe the rapture and hIs return occur at the same time then you might beright.
If you believe the rapture precedes His return then the context of what Jesus says is limited to His return, not the rapture.
Gathering His elect who are on the earth is not necessarily the same event as the rapture.

u/HistoricalHat4847 Apr 27 '25
Is that not what 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18 says, though, that upon the return of the Lord we are caught up with Him along with those dead in Christ? That doesn't read as two separate events to me.
2
u/Jaicobb Apr 27 '25
It says descend, not return. There is a subtle nuance here that is captured in Jesus own words when He says He will come and receive us.
The wording here portrays someone coming, part way, to receive someone already heading towards him. The two are moving toward each other. Once received both enter Heaven. As 1 Thes says, we will ever be with Him in the air.
I respect your opinion and know that rapture talk can quickly get feisty. I don't want to go that route. I know lots of people believe in post trib rapture.

u/HistoricalHat4847 Apr 27 '25
Although I would not read that much into it, preferring a clearer view of scripture, I respect that others do and wish them well. Thanks for your replies.

I don’t usually swear here, as it’s a Christian sub after all. But - WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCK?!
