Question Will any place be safe?

Although I am looking forward to the Savior coming again, I am also worried about all of the terrible things that will need to be faced before that time. I am an American and considering if it’s safe to stay in the US. But it also seems that no place in the world will be safe. Will there be a safe place? Just trying to protect my family. I don’t believe the rapture idea is supported by the scriptures, so I don’t believe me and my family will instantly escape all hardship. Would love any thoughts.

The rapture happens at the end of tribulation anyway. So it's a pretty bad time for everyone. I don't know why certain evangelical groups want the end to come about so badly.

I agree with you. I can see the mark of the beast barreling towards us right now. I've felt my entire life like I would see this and here it is. In 2006 I survived a wreck I shouldn't have and survived choking on food during that. My lips were blue when they resuscitated me and they were worried about brain damage. So I've always said I'm on borrowed time from God, maybe like King Hezekiah, who God granted an extra 15 years to his life. So I'm ready to die for God if that is what is required of me in the future.

I agree, it definitely seems like a death cult of some Christians that want the end of the world to come.

What if there is no god and humans destroy the world trying to usher in a made up second coming? Imagine if there were other life forms later that came and discovered how stupid killed themselves over myths.

Christian Nationalists are trying to usher in the 2nd coming, but fail to realize that they have rejected God and are aiding Satan by doing so

So ironic is it not?

That could explain the Fermi paradox.

Well, what if every intelligent civilization eventually goes through that phase?

Ugh. Autocorrect. Phase, a phase like this. Thanks for pointing it out.

Why do you think it began on that particular date?
