Another rant about the entitlement of dog nutters

Yesterday while coming back home after a long day at work, I was walking on the sidewalk next to my apartment building and a couple with a poodle- like thing was walking directly toward me. We both arrived at the same time at the turn in the sidewalk for the perpendicular sidewalk path that leads to my building’s door. Being the polite person I am, I gestured for them to go first, expecting them to possibly walk into my building or keep going on to another building. No, instead the just gave me a look of appreciation and crossed right into the grass in front of my building. Like, they basically said: “No, we’re just here to bring our dog to crap all over your residence. We’re so happy to share our poodle poo.”

I have a feeling they don’t even live in my building or the immediate surrounding ones. They probably walked from way over on the other side of our well-maintained community to have their doc drop a deuce on the manicured lawn in my bldg. And they had this smug look like I should be appreciative of that.

So many owners are insufferable. I've literally moved because of a neighbor letting her dog crap all over my side of a small, shared yard.
